本教材是针对新形势下的教学改革,为适应中国与国际接轨,高等院校普及双语教学的需要而编写的。本教材根据医学免疫学与微生物学的教学要求,遵循实用性、科学性的原则,从实验目的、材料、方法、结果分析及思考题等方面入手,较为系统和全面地介绍医学免疫学及医学微生物学的基本实验技术。全教材分为两篇:第一篇为医学免疫学实验;第二篇为医学微生物学实验。本教材培养学生独立操作、观察和思考,分析问题和解决实际问题的能力。
江振友,男,1963年9月生,暨南大学医学院微生物学与免疫学系系主任、教授、博士生导师。中国微生物学会医学微生物学与免疫学专业委员会委员;广东省免疫学会第四届理事会理事;广东省防痨协会第八届理事会常务理事;广东省微生物学会第九届理事会理事。主要从事分子病毒学、感染免疫、病原生物感染诊断研究。近年发表论文60余篇,其中SCI收录20多篇。主编或参编著作5部。获得各类科研研究奖励4项,教学研究奖励6项。主持承担国家、省部级等各类科研课题6项,研究经费300多万元。授权发明专利3项。
